I wanna write a rap

Words gushing like a tap

Moving to the steady beat.

You can really feel the heat.

Our planet is in doubt

Either flooding or a drought.

Polar ice is melting fast

Tho’ oceans are so vast

We’ll starve before we drown

While trees are chopping down.

The plastic mountain’s growing,

Polluted air is flowing

Through every city street.

Yea, we need to eat less meat.

Recycling ain’t enough

The changes will be tough.

Petrol queues are long and slow. 

Electric is the way to go.

We need to be much greener

The planet must be cleaner.

We must work to beat this

Don’t need to write a thesis. 

The writings on the wall.

We just listen to the call.

Join together brothers,

Sisters and all others.

Earth’s heart needs a shot.

Shoot now while things are hot.
